The Venue

I will be leading this retreat at the High Heathercombe Retreat Centre on Dartmoor in Devon, in South West England.

The centre is located in the Dartmoor National Park. There are some great walks in the surrounding forests and hills.

The yoga

Practices will include Asanas, Deep Meditation, Spinal Breathing Pranayama and Samyama, as well as other yoga practices.  The focus of the retreat will be on the cultivation of inner silence and peace-fullness. Full instructions in practice will be given.


Food will be vegetarian. The food served will support a yoga and meditation practice. We can also cater for vegan diets and special diets such as dairy or gluten free, if you let us know in advance. There will be two meals served each day (brunch and dinner) and fruit and hot drinks will be available all day.

The price includes accommodation, food and all the yoga sessions.  A deposit of £40 is required to secure a place on the retreat and the remainder is due two months before the retreat starts.
