The Venue


I will be leading this retreat at the High Heathercombe Retreat Centre on Dartmoor in South West England.


The retreat will run from the Friday evening until the Monday morning.


The centre is located in a beautiful location in the Dartmoor National Park in Devon.





The yoga


Practices will include Asanas, Deep Meditation, Spinal Breathing Pranayama and Samyama, as well as other yoga practices.  The focus of the retreat will be on the cultivation of inner silence and peace-fullness. Full instructions in practice will be given. This retreat is suitable for people of all levels of ability from complete beginners through to advanced practitioners.




Food


Food will be vegetarian. The food served will support a yoga and meditation practice. We can also cater for vegan diets and special diets such as dairy or gluten free, if you let us know in advance. There will be two meals served each day (brunch and dinner) and fruit and hot drinks will be available all day.

Per person:


Twin room (2 people sharing):                        £240

Shared Room (3 sharing):                               £220

Camping:                                                          £210


The price includes accommodation, food and all the yoga sessions.  A deposit of £40 is required to secure a place on the retreat and the remainder is due two months before the retreat starts.

There will be a maximum of 14 people on this retreat. There will be 20 minutes of karma yoga (service to others) each day.
